According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a buyer may:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Exchange goods of good quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Return the goods of proper quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Return or exchange goods of inadequate quality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    What goods are subject to exchange:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    1) Goods that have a receipt;2) Goods in their original packaging with tags and labels intact and not in use;3) Goods that have not been purchased within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n

    The procedure for returning and exchanging goods of good quality:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Provide the declaration number of the parcel sent and the bank card number for the refund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. After receiving the goods within 5 business days, we will refund your money or another product.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      The procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      1. Provide the declaration number of the parcel sent and the bank card number for the refund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. After receiving the goods within 5 business days, we will refund your money or another product<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        All services of carriers or commissions, transfer of funds are at our expense.<\/p>\n\n

        The exchange and return of goods is carried out through Nova Poshta, also at the physical address: 78 Ivan Mazepa St., Chernihiv, Chernihiv Oblast, 14021, Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n

        Refunds are made after receiving the goods.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        Refunds are made to a card or by money transfer to a Nova Poshta branch.<\/p>\n\n
