According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a buyer may:

  1. Exchange goods of good quality.
  2. Return the goods of proper quality.
  3. Return or exchange goods of inadequate quality.

What goods are subject to exchange:

1) Goods that have a receipt;
2) Goods in their original packaging with tags and labels intact and not in use;
3) Goods that have not been purchased within 14 days.

The procedure for returning and exchanging goods of good quality:

  1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;
  2. Provide the declaration number of the parcel sent and the bank card number for the refund;
  3. After receiving the goods within 5 business days, we will refund your money or another product.

All services of carriers or commissions, transfer of funds are at our expense.

The exchange and return of goods is carried out through Nova Poshta, also at the physical address: 78 Ivan Mazepa St., Chernihiv, Chernihiv Oblast, 14021, Ukraine.

Refunds are made after receiving the goods.

Refunds are made to a card or by money transfer to a Nova Poshta branch.

Refunds are made within 5 days from the moment the seller receives the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch.
